Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Free shipping on orders over $49.99 within the United States. Normally the orders will be fulfilled by Amazon. The frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
1.Processing time: 1-2 business days ( some items may require 5-15 business days )
2.Shipping time: 2-5 business days.
3.Shipping method: Amazon Logistics, UPS, UPSM or USPS.
Currently, we ship our items within the United States only, international shipping is not available.
For wholesale or personalized orders, please contact our customer service for shipping fees and delivery time.

Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving their item(s). If the return is due the consumer, for instance, the items is as expected, but you changed your mind), then you are responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee is based on the shipping company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or not correct, then the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee, and no restocking fee will charged to the consumer for the return.

After the arrival of the item(s) at our return address, we will assess the condition of the product and according to the assessment, the return case will be resolved a full refund, discount coupon, reshipment of product or decline of return.
Once your returned item(s) is/are received and assessed, a notification email will be sent to the email address used to register the Wrapaholic Gifts account.
After which, when eligible, the refund will be processed and credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
In case of a delayed or missing refund, please contact the payment provider company of the payment method used for the purchase. It may take longer for payment providers to process the refund.
